Activist seeks prosecution of LSK President Eric Theuri for Land fraud among other offences in relation to alleged fake lawyer cartels.

An Activist has written to the Director of Public Prosecutions seeking for the prosecution of LSK President Eric Theuri and nine others in relation to what he says is land fraud.

Bryson Agot has given the DPP a 30-day ultimatum to charge Theuri and his accomplices failure to which he will institute private prosecution proceedings against them.

Other accomplices he claims are in the said cartel with Theuri include LSK Director of Practice Standards Directorate Mary Kitonga, Theuri’s PSA Gichohi Waweru, Stephen Nzaku of Nzaku and Nzaku Advocates who he claims is the principal offenders.

Others are Kelvin Akonya an alleged fake lawyer attached to Nzaku Advocate who scouted for extortion victims in Kangundo, accomplice and fake advocates, Solomon Wanyoike Munene also an extortion lawyer, George Morara an accomplice of fake lawyer, Joshua Mutulili and Isaac Waamasa the JSC director legal who he alleges is the Godfather of judiciary corruption and accomplice.

He wants them charged with various offences of conspiracies and land cartl extortions using the judicial system involving fake lawyers, rogue bona fide lawyers, LSK Practice Standards Directorate and the JSC Legal Services department.

Agot claims that the said matters have been reported since the year 2020 and no action has been taken.

He says he is ready to provide the DPP with all the information that has been their possession since 2020 and will be a key prosecution witness to testify against them.
