The high court on Thursday extended orders stopping arrest of Controller of Budget Margaret Nyakang’o until February next year.
This is after her lawyers led by Danstan Omari made an application for adjourned of the case and extension of the orders earlier granted.
Justice Chacha Mwita allowed the application and directed that the submissions be highlighted in September this year.
In the case, Nyakang’o moved to court challenging her prosecution on grounds that she was being framed and targeted for whistleblowing.
