Lawyer Omari says Kisii’s are being targeted as he responds to MP Ruku’s threats to SG Shadrack Mose

City Lawyer Danstan Omari has come to the defence of Solicitor General Shadrack Mose following threats issued to him by Mbeere North MP Geoffrey Ruku.

While appearing on a local breakfast TV show on Monday morning, Ruku told Omari to caution Mose to respect Attorney General Justin Muturi.

“I am sending him to his brother the solicitor general whichever games he is trying to play let him stop. Let him know that he has a boss who is the attorney general of the republic,” Ruku said.

Omari said it was sad that even though Kisii don’t have positions in the Kenya Kwanza they were still targeting the only position they got.

“The solicitor general should take notice that his days are numbered, why?, under Kenya Kwanza, Kisii’s have no holding the only position nearer a PS is the SG,” Omari said.

Omari noted that this is because Mose has been told that he should stop what he is doing or else he will be taken home which is an onslaught against the Kisii community.

“The MPs of Gusii land, the senators of Gusii land take notice that our solicitor general position has been declared vacant and is likely to be taken,” he added

However, Omari said they will be going to the same court to defend Mose if at all politics is going to be used to remove him from a lawfully competitive office.

Omari said Kenya Kwanza is comprised of non-experienced political operatives who do not see the consequences of what could happen saying case in point was them calling court orders idiotic.

MP Ruku who issued the threats to Mose on live TV represents Mbeere North Constituency which happens to the AG Muturi and he won the seat on a DP ticket a party associated with the AG.
