Pastor Ezekiel Odero’s New Life Ministries followers are now questioning why police have allowed a mega crusade in Mombasa but stopped theirs in Kilifi.
Police issued a cancellation notice to Odero this morning from the OCPD Kilifi Kenneth Maina saying it was due to security concerns.
However, kilometers away in Mombasa there is an ongoing crusade which also began yesterday and has not been stopped.
The said crusade is being hosted by Evangelist Johannes Amritzer at VOK grounds in Mombasa.
Speaking exclusively to Court Helicopter News, the followers wondered whether the said crusade was the reason the Kilifi crusade was shut down.
Others have said they also feel strongly that the ban of their crusade was due to yesterday’s attendance of Governor Gideon Mungaro.
Mungaro attended the crusade on Wednesday before it was shut down and accompanied Odero in distributing food to the followers.
