Shabana FC fan who forced his way into stadium to watch match charged with stealing tickets.

A shabana FC fan was arraigned before a Kibera court on Monday and charged with stealing football tickets worth over 60,000.

Cyprian Nyabuto was among a number of fans who forced their way into Police Sacco Stadium to watch a match.

It is alleged that he committed the offence on February 17 at the Kenya Police Stadium alongside others who were not in court.

The Court heard that the stolen ticket belonged to Caroki Syntec Merchantice that had been granted a contract to sell the said tickets.

Nyabuto denied the charge before Kibera Chief Magistrate Ann Mwangi and pleaded for lenient bail terms.

He was released on Sh 30,000 cashbail with the surety of the same amount.

The case will be mentioned on March 17 for Pre-trial and further directions
